1. Delivery Area

We currently serve delivery within Thane West and surrounding areas. Delivery coverage may be subject to change based on operational feasibility.

2. Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value of ₹300 is required for home delivery. This helps us maintain the quality of our service and ensure your meal arrives fresh and hot.

3. Delivery Timings

Delivery hours: 12pm - 3pm and 7pm - 11pm. Orders can be placed during these hours for same-day delivery. Delivery times may vary based on restaurant rush and traffic conditions.

4. Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charges are ₹50 for orders below ₹500. Free delivery for orders above ₹500. Delivery charges are subject to change and will be communicated at the time of ordering.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your order within 45-60 minutes of confirmation. During peak hours, delivery might take slightly longer.

6. Payment Methods

We accept online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets. Cash on delivery is also available within our service area.

7. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled up to 15 minutes after placement. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days for cancelled orders.

8. Hygiene & Packaging

All meals are packed in tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging. We follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure food safety.
