Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement. Cancellation must be done via phone or email. Once food preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible.
Full refund for cancelled orders before food preparation. Partial refund or store credit for partially prepared orders. Refunds processed within 3-5 business days using the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for customized or special orders, orders cancelled after food preparation begins, or completed delivery orders.
To request a refund, contact customer support with order details and reason for cancellation. Wait for confirmation and refund processing.
Unsatisfactory meals can be reported within 30 minutes of delivery. Replacement or refund will be provided for genuine quality issues.
